Dan Doster
A native of Tucker and founder of Epie’s Electrical Services, Dan has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with special emphasis in electrical services. Dan’s attention to detail makes his work in your home a pleasant and rewarding experience. In his spare time Dan loves to read Russian novels, Skype with his grandchildren, and have date nights with his wife.
Dan is fully licensed as a contractor by the state of Georgia, so you can feel confident that he will handle your project safely and correctly. As a licensed contractor he carries the state-required Liability and Worker’s Comp insurances.
Dan’s attention to detail and expertise made my large projects much more manageable.
Philip Scarborough
Philip was born in Decatur and has lived near there ever since. In his senior year of high school he spent half of the day going to DeKalb’s O.E.C. to study electronics, a great opportunity he credits with helping him along the way to becoming a better electrician. Early on he worked for an electrical contractor in Gwinnett County for 10 years, becoming a licensed electrical contractor during that time.
The Dosters and the Scarboroughs have known each other’s families for what seems like an eternity, living next door to each other in Tucker when Philip was a baby. It was inevitable that one day Dan and Philip would be together doing electrical work full-time, as they have worked alongside one another part-time over the past couple of decades in Tucker, Lilburn, and Decatur.

About Epie
